About The Project
Constructed for the Lardo family, the 7,000 sqm* warehouse and office facility was custom built to cater for industrial and freight tenants.
The architecturally designed finishes create a clean and contemporary look for the facility externally, with highly modern 200 sqm* office spaces to the front of the site.
The 4,000 sqm* warehouse was purpose built to offer a flexible working space with additional height allocated allowing for easy vehicular access.
The site is now head quarters for TSS Sensitive Freight and Logistics.
