About The Project

This project showcases our team’s ability to seamlessly blend innovative design with functionality, highlighted by a striking facade featuring custom-made fins with integrated lighting and curved glazing on the first-floor office. The polished concrete columns complement the unique nature of the facade, adding an industrial yet refined touch. With over 3000m² of usable warehouse space and an additional 1000m² canopy for loading, the building provides ample operational capacity. The office area, designed to reflect BAD Workwear’s branding, includes a lift for easy access to the first floor, custom lighting throughout, and high-end tiled flooring for a polished, professional appearance. This project is a true testament to our craftsmanship and attention to detail, from the standout architectural features to the functional interior spaces.
