About The Project

This project involved the extension of an existing Bowens Timber store warehouse. Construction began at the rear of the property and progressed toward the existing warehouse structure. A key requirement was that the store remain fully operational throughout the build, with minimal disruption to Bowens’ daily trading activities. It is understood that no interruptions or loss of trade occurred during the construction period—a testament to the careful planning and execution by the Site Manager.

Interestingly, one of the more time-consuming aspects of the project was achieving the precise shade of blue for the building’s exterior. Multiple tint variations were tested before the final colour match was successfully identified.
