About The Project
The project consists of 3 x blocks, with each block being 171m in length. Dual access to the property allows for ease of access around site. Each office / warehouse combination includes its own undercroft parking, with visitor parking allocated around the perimeter of the jobsite. Storage units have been constructed with a provision for a water / sewer point, allowing for flexibility in the storage space.
