About The Project
This project was custom designed for Metro Asphalt, specialists in road construction and sealing. The first floor features an open-plan office layout, complemented by private offices for directors, HR, and department managers. A communal kitchen with ample natural light serves the first floor, while the ground floor includes a spacious kitchen that also functions as a training room for trade staff. Provisions were made on the rooftop for a future function area, including plumbing for a sink and BBQ. Both the first floor and rooftop are accessible via stairs and an elevator.
