About The Project
This project comprised the base build delivery of an RSEA tenancy for a Tier 1 publicly listed developer within the bustling Millers Junction Shopping Centre. The works included a fully integrated office and warehouse facility constructed to premium specifications, ensuring both functionality and presentation suited to a nationally recognised retail/industrial tenant. Situated in a highly active shopping hub, the build required careful planning, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to strict safety and quality benchmarks to achieve a successful handover on time in September 2024.
