About The Project
Developed on a 2 Ha* site on the corner of Palmers Road and Leakes Road in Truganina the build reflected the first of its kind to enter Trugnanina, offering a diverse mix of commercial tenancies as well as office and warehouse spaces.
The site was built with 11,000 sqm* of flexible warehouse facilities to allow for a variety of tenant types.
Accessibility was an important factor in the build with ingress and egress points from both main roads to allow tenants to benefit from the highly trafficked corner location.
