About The Project

This project was designed and built for Signature Floors, incorporating three expansive warehouses and a sophisticated two-storey office area, with a total building area of 5,074.6m². The development combines large-scale functionality with cutting-edge sustainable design to meet the specific needs of Signature Floors. The warehouses, each spanning approximately 1,400m², are equipped with energy-efficient systems including 4kW solar panels on each warehouse and high-performance LED lighting throughout. The office area, covering 737.8m², offers a productive environment with modern facilities, while the overall design prioritizes environmental sustainability. Thoughtful attention was paid to water conservation, with a rainwater catchment system and water-efficient fittings designed to reduce environmental impact and optimize resource use across the site.
